George Nicholas Essel is an Accounting and risk management professional who provides expert entrepreneurial solutions to resolve emerging business and financial challenges.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pyschology and Philosphy from the University of Ghana and a finalist of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).

He obtained a certification on Risk Based Internal Auditing from the MIS Training Institute, England, UK.

George also hold various certificates in Practical Project Management Principles, Project Risk Management, Project Quality Management, Project Leadership, Management & Communication from George Washington University.

He has extensive audit and work experience for over 15 years which made him obtained enormous business knowledge in industries such as Audit and Consultancy, Banking, Mining, Shipping, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, and Hospitality & NGOs.

As an External Auditor with KPMG Ghana, he acquired 5 years of diversed audit experience in financial statement and procedural audit.

George subsequently gained an opportunity to apply this external audit experience to industrial practice at MTN Ghana, the largest Telecommunication Company for almost 10 years as an Internal Auditor and Finance Manager.

His key knowledge and expertise involes Financial Operations and Working Capital Management, Corporate Performance Reporting, Financial Statement and Compliance/Procedural Auditing, Internal Auditing and Risk Management & Control, Tax Management & Compliance, Procurement and Supply chain Management.
